Apple Valley Place of Osage, Senior Housing Consultants, Omega Senior Living and Dean Snyder Construction have come together to thoughtfully design and transform apartments into memory care units. To commemorate this milestone in the Osage community, Apple Valley Place of Osage will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, August 2 at 11 a.m. Please join us in celebration and take a tour of the newly renovated memory care community.

“Through our market research we discovered that the Osage area has very limited specialized memory care services within a 30 mile radius and is a very needed service! We are very excited to bring this to Apple Valley Place Osage to ensure seniors are able to stay in or very close to their community and not have to move away” Allison Law SHC Executive Vice President said.

“The west hall was ideal for this remodel as it already had a common area in the center of the hall. This area will be expanded to provide a community space for dining and social activities. A secure outdoor garden area will also provide residents with an opportunity to enjoy a walk outdoors or just relax in the fresh air” Mark Takes SHC Senior Consultant commented.
