Country Meadow Place Announces 2023 Expansion

Ownership group and project lead, Senior Housing Consultants, along with community operator Jaybird Senior Living, has announced a 20-apartment assisted living expansion for Country Meadow Place in Mason City, Iowa. This second addition to the community is scheduled to break ground in September of 2022 and open in June of 2023.

The 2023 expansion will accommodate an increasing need for Assisted Living apartments in the community. It will feature private studio, one-bedroom, and one-bedroom deluxe apartments as well as common areas, including a whirlpool spa and two screened-in porches available to the entire community.

At this time, Senior Housing Consultants has selected Solum Lang Architects as the architectural firm, Veenstra and Kimm Inc as the civil engineers, and Dean Snyder Construction as the contractor.
