If you’ve worked with Senior Housing Consultants, whether for one month or 20 years, you’re probably familiar with President, Allen Phillips. Allen brings Senior Housing Consultants over 25 years of experience in management and leads the company’s strategic objectives.
Born and raised in the Midwest, his love for seniors and providing them a beautiful home with outstanding customer service and health care initially drew him into this real estate space, as the former President of Senior Housing Management. During that span of 15 years of owning Senior Housing Management; he was the oversight for 30+ managed communities throughout the Midwest, over 25 new construction builds, and many additions to and/or space conversions of existing communities.
Allen is instrumental in partnering and building relationships with new and existing investors working with them through the process of purchase and/or development of Senior Housing assets to a well-defined exit strategy. His business relationships with professionals in the industry as well as a strong Senior Housing Team allows him to lead the Asset Management, Acquisitions/Exit Strategies, and New Business/Construction Development.
