This acquisition was spearheaded by Seth Phillips, Senior Housing Consultants Vice President of Acquisitions and Exit Strategy, through the coordination of a local group of investors for the purchase of this Northern Iowa portfolio. Allison Law, Executive Vice President of Asset Management for Senior Housing Consultants, will be leading the Asset Management of this portfolio and has hired Omega Senior Living to conduct the day to day operations.
“This is a very exciting portfolio for us, as these communities have a great reputation in the area. We are planning several upgrades such as a state of the art emergency call system, new flooring, refreshed overall décor, etc. Also, needed in these markets is additional health care support services which will be introduced in each of these properties. We are looking forward to enhancing the lives of the seniors in these communities, as well as providing top-notch training and benefits to the employees. Omega Senior Living will be an integral part in ensuring the success of these communities” Law commented.
