Senior Housing Consultants is proud to partner with Better Living Management in the acquisition of Better Living of Walcott by a local group of investors, formally known as Courtyard Estates of Walcott. This community has been an integral part of the Walcott community for years. We plan on enhancing the living experience for residents by investing $1.3 million into community improvements.
The management of Better Living of Walcott will be overseen by Better Living Management Services, a local senior living management company based in Solon, Iowa. They are committed to fostering a supportive and engaging environment where residents feel valued and at home.

The planned improvements range from essential repairs such as roof and window replacements to aesthetic upgrades including new carpeting throughout the community and updated apartments. Additionally, residents will enjoy new amenities such as a salad bar, community-wide Wi-Fi and an upgraded security system.”
