Sale Transaction

Last year, Senior Housing Consultants worked with a group of investors to purchase Harris Villa Place in Westfield, WI on September 1, 2022. While under the asset management leadership of Jared Gevock, Vice President of Asset Management, the community was given several necessary and cosmetic updates including: interior painting, an enhanced employee benefits package, the elimination of temporary staffing and stabilized occupancy.

Gevock stated, “Harris Villa Place is a beautiful countryside assisted living community. It was such a pleasure working with all of the employees of the community and getting to know the residents. It was very exciting to be part of the purchase transition and now the exit transition”.

Under the coordination of Seth Phillips, Vice President of Sales and Acquisitions, Harris Villa Place was sold to a private equity group on April 1, 2023. The sale resulted in a successful return on investment for the sellers. “This was a quick seven-month turnaround for us. The buyer was eager to get in the senior living space and this location worked out great for them,” Phillips commented.
