Senior Housing Consultants worked with a group of investors to purchase this community on June 1, 2022. The asset management team worked on a capital improvement plan to repaint the community, add brand-new carpeting, install a new sign; and we are pleased to announce this community has reached 100% occupancy in a matter of two months!
Congratulations to the entire team on this quick turnaround to provide a wonderful “refreshed” home to the existing residents at this community and the new residents that have recently moved in!
