River Valley Place of Fort Madison is so happy to announce the revival of The Enchanted Forest, a cherished holiday tradition once hosted by the Chamber of Commerce in downtown Ford Madison. River Valley Place is bringing this festive event back to life with a twist by inviting business partners, vendors, hospice groups, physical therapy providers and Curtana Health to join in creating a magical holiday experience!
Visitors can stroll through the beautifully decorated community, enjoy Christmas movies and visit Kris Kringle’s apartment- an open two-bedroom apartment transformed into Santa’s cozy holiday retreat. Children can also meet Santa, enjoy hot chocolate and cookies and make reindeer food to put out on Christmas Eve! The Enchanted Forest has always been a highlight of the holiday season, running in conjunction with other holiday events in the area.
As of December 5, The Enchanted Forest is open to the public Thursday nights from 5 – 8 p.m. River Valley Place of Fort Madison is located at 5025 River Valley Road, Ford Madison, IA 52627. Make this beautiful event a part of your holiday tradition!
