Our team is growing yet again!
We are happy to announce that we are adding a Senior Living Asset Manager to our team. We have had continued success and, in order to better serve our residents and investors, Senior Housing Consultants is expanding. Our history with real estate investments has been widely successful, and our new Asset Manager will work on furthering that success.
Our new Senior Living Asset Manager will coordinate with property managers and third-party management companies to establish long-term investor networks. They will also develop client relationships by assessing their needs, risks, goals, progress, and they will maintain client portfolios. The Asset Manager will study marketing trends to identify new investment opportunities as well.
