The beautiful Pearl City Place has been a part of the Muscatine community for over 20 years. The retirement community is located at 2807 Cedar Street in Muscatine, Iowa 52761.

Pearl City Place, formerly Bickford Cottage, offers assisted living and memory care services.

The acquisition was spearheaded by Seth Phillips, Senior Housing Consultants Vice President of Acquisitions and Exit Strategy, through the coordination of a local group of investors. Allison Law, Executive Vice President of Asset Management for Senior Housing Consultants will be leading the asset management of this community and has hired Omega Senior Living to conduct the day to day operations.
