Seth Phillips, Controller
It’s time to introduce you to one of our team members, Seth Phillips, Controller. Seth has a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University. His major was Business Management with a minor in Accounting. While in school, Seth began his experience in the industry as an accounting intern for Senior Housing Management and took on an accounting position shortly after graduation. Seth brings Senior Housing Consultants a well-rounded appreciation for the real estate market and the seniors we take care of. Seth has organized the sale of several senior living communities to equity investors for acquisition with five asset purchase agreements being signed over the last quarter. These are anticipated to close by July 2022, and the communities will be asset managed by Senior Housing Consultants.
