Nick Merlino, Chief Operating Officer, graduated with a BA in Business Management from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. Nick has spent his entire professional career in the senior living industry, bringing over a decade of experience to Senior Housing Consultants. Nick has served at several senior living operators, most recently as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at a West Coast-based operator managing a business unit with annual revenues exceeding $500 million. With a comprehensive background ranging from finance, analytics and operations, Nick has a proven track record in developing and implementing strategic plans for financial and operational success. Nick demonstrates a deep commitment to enhancing outcomes for senior living communities and the residents who call them home.
