Senior Housing Consultants is proud to celebrate 20 years of service to this industry. Over the course of the 20 years SHC has developed numerous senior living communities, consulted on countless expansions, revived aged nursing homes and communities to beautiful new homes for seniors and are still going strong! This last year has been especially pivotal for Senior Housing Consultants, as they have expanded their Asset Management services to serving over 1,000 residents, introduced new investors to this space and have spearheaded numerous transactions as it relates to new senior living acquisitions and exits.
