A Year Full of Opportunity!

Happy New Year and Thank You from Senior Housing Consultants!

At this time of year, I always find myself reflecting on the year and our team. Senior Housing Consultants has so much to be grateful for starting with our clients, business partners and investors. A few of our highlights that were possible in 2022 because of our partnerships were 7 new acquisitions in the last 7 months, the coordination of 2 properties sold, 13 additional asset management contracts, along with a new build business development opportunity and multiple assessment and financial feasibility reviews.

Senior Housing Consultants is proud of what was accomplished over the last year with our partners and more importantly, we were able to give hundreds of seniors and outstanding place to live as well as hospitality and healthcare.
