Senior Housing Consultants, Omega Senior Living and Dean Snyder Construction have come together to improve the Apple Valley Place communities including the Clear Lake community and the Osage community. We’re excited to announce the next community that is launching memory care services: Apple Valley Place of Charles City.

In response to the growing demand for specialized memory care, we have taken a significant step forward to enhance Apple Valley Place of Charles City, a community that previously focused solely on assisted living. Now, Apple Valley Place of Charles City has transformed to create a comfortable and joyous environment for residents with memory care needs.

We are committed to promoting well-being, comfort and joy for residents. Because we invest in enhancing our facilities, we continue to surpass expectations by prioritizing exceptional and personable care.

To commemorate this milestone in the Charles City community, Apple Valley Place of Charles City will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, August 16 at 11 a.m. Please join us in celebration and take a tour of the newly renovated memory care community.
