We’re excited about our partnership with the upcoming Assisted/Independent Living & Memory Care; Edencrest at Timberline. This full-service senior living community is located in Urbandale, Iowa, and it’s scheduled to open May 15, 2023.
Construction of this 80-unit community is underway, and great progress has been made in June and July. The property is located one block East of the 142nd Avenue and Douglas Parkway roundabout.
The Eastern edge of the site is heavily wooded giving the building incredible outdoor views and a peaceful setting for senior living. The building has defined wings- Independent Living to the South and Assisted/Memory Care to the North- with generous community spaces connecting between the wings.’
