Our portfolio is expanding! Senior Housing Consultants recently had a successful acquisition with an equity partner to purchase Northern Oaks Place in Blaine, MN and Summit Ridge Place in Sauk Rapids, MN. SHC partnered with a long-established investor to purchase this pair of properties (both of which are Specialized Memory Care communities) and closed the deal in 60 days. Our team also developed a cap-ex improvement plan as part of our services that will be implemented in the upcoming months. Senior Housing Consultants will serve as the asset manager for these communities, partnering with Cornerstone Management, the communities’ management company.
