Senior Housing Consultants has been working on OUTSTANDING changes at our newest community! With our partner Omega Senior Living, we are making a substantial investment and commitment to provide exceptional care and support for the residents at Pearl City Place of Muscatine (formerly Bickford Cottage of Muscatine). We are helping them reach even greater heights of excellence for the entire community!
With our continuous dedication and effective teamwork, we have already completed several community improvements. These improvements include a passenger bus to transport residents to outings and appointments safely and comfortably, landscaping enhancements and new walkways, new and inviting monument signs and lastly, interior and exterior lighting and painting updates.
We are committed to promoting well-being, comfort and joy for residents. Because we invest in enhancing our facilities, we continue to surpass expectations by prioritizing exceptional and personable care.
To commemorate this milestone in the Muscatine community, Pearl City Place of Muscatine will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, September 13 at noon. Please join us at 2807 Cedar Street in Muscatine, Iowa to celebrate a brighter future for our cherished senior community!

“With the new investment group, we have been able to complete many updates to enhance the overall resident satisfaction, as well as overall visual property updates. The residents are thrilled with the addition of the new bus for outings, transportation to doctor appointments, etc. They are also very pleased with the new interior paint, flooring, artwork and furniture.
