Senior Housing Consultants has acquired another beautiful community to add to our portfolio! With our partner Omega Senior Living, we are bringing remarkable upgrades to enhance the living experience for senior residents, helping River Valley Place of Ottumwa reach even greater heights of excellence for the entire community!
With our continuous dedication and effective teamwork, we have already completed several community improvements. These improvements include a beautifully resurfaced parking lot to welcome residents and visitors, a brand-new bus to safely transport residents to appointments and outings and lastly, beautiful and lush landscaping enhancements to create a calm and serene ambiance for everyone to enjoy.
We are committed to promoting well-being, comfort and joy for residents. Because we invest in enhancing our facilities, we continue to surpass expectations by prioritizing exceptional and personable care.
To commemorate this milestone in the Ottumwa community, River Valley Place of Ottumwa will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, August 30 at 11 a.m. Please join us at 173 East Rochester Road in Ottumwa, Iowa to celebrate a brighter future for our cherished senior community!
