Edencrest at Timberline is a full-service assisted/independent living & memory care senior living community located at 14001 Douglas Pkwy, Urbandale, Iowa 50323. This community is owned by Hubbell Realty Company and will be operated by Jaybird Senior Living. Senior Housing Consultants, under the leadership of Mark Takes, provided their Business Development services, assisting in the development of this beautiful community to the Edencrest portfolio.

The property is located one block east of the 142nd Avenue and Douglas Parkway roundabout. The surrounding area is heavily wooded, giving the building incredible outdoor views and a peaceful setting for senior living.
