Kyle Phillips, Vice President of Investment Analysis and Owner Support, comes from a background of engineering and healthcare. Kyle has spent the last several years in the industry creating custom reports, training staff, and implementing EHR systems for various healthcare organizations. In his current role, Kyle is responsible for setting up systems, designing portals, and generating reports that give investors access to accurate and timely data on the performance of their properties. Kyle is passionate about using data and technology to improve the quality of life for seniors and their families.
